The client and the site before the redesign

Tregora has been importing mineral raw materials from Türkiye for Ukrainian manufacturers for over 10 years and arranges their sea delivery itself.

The company was going through a rebrand: it used to operate as Yug-Trading-Group, and its website was a single page. It featured one product, feldspar, and logistics was covered in one paragraph. Meanwhile, the product range had grown, and consolidated cargo delivery had become a separate service.

The old Yug-Trading-Group website before the redesign: a single page on desktop and mobile, a table of feldspar chemical composition

Goals and our role

The goal was to present Tregora as both a raw materials supplier and a logistics partner: products and services in separate sections, plus the company history and news.

We created the prototype and designed all pages, adapted the website for mobile devices, built the layout with animations, developed it on WordPress with an admin panel and set up basic SEO. The client wrote the page texts based on the prototype, and we adjusted them to fit the layouts. The website works in Ukrainian and English.

Solutions

Services as a separate landing page

Logistics is hard to explain in one paragraph: a buyer needs to see where cargo is shipped from and to, and how to get a place on a shared vessel. So we built the services page as a separate landing page with four sections: logistics, bulk cargo, delivery geography and consolidation. The route map shows the loading ports in Türkiye (Efesan, Güllük, Gemlik) and the receiving ports in Ukraine (Odesa, Izmail, Chornomorsk). Consolidation is explained in three steps: the client hands over the cargo at a Turkish port, Tregora adds it to its chartered vessel, and the cargo travels together with the main shipment.

A card for each raw material

The Products section covers six groups of raw materials: feldspar, soda ash, dolomite, limestone, sulfates and marble chips. Each one has a description of its role in production, where it is sourced from, the partner manufacturer and how it is delivered. A glass plant technologist should get answers to these questions before the first call.

A request you can plan a route from

The general form is short: name, phone, email and message. In the consolidation form, we added three fields: loading port in Türkiye, receiving port in Ukraine and product. The manager receives a request that is enough to assess the route right away, without back-and-forth emails.

Visuals without a photo archive

The client had few good photos of ports, vessels and raw materials. We generated some of the images with AI so that the website shows the bulk cargo and sea logistics its texts talk about.

Result

  • A full website instead of a single page. Five sections in two languages plus news; six groups of raw materials instead of one product; logistics has its own landing page instead of a paragraph.
  • Both business lines on one website. Products and Services are separate sections, and each ends with its own request form.
  • Autonomy. The Tregora team updates products and publishes news on its own, without developers: the first news about new routes and shipments appeared in summer 2025, followed by a year in review in December.

The best feedback for us was a recommendation: after the launch, Tregora recommended us to its partners — SmartWay, a Turkish company that also works with raw materials and logistics. We developed their website too; it works in Turkish, English and Ukrainian.

Testimonial

Our request to the company Webcode solutions was to create for us a corporate website which will be modern, fast, stylish, and it was crucial for us that it should reveal our potential and ideas. The very first design concept has absolutely met our expectations. Then we moved further to the design of all web pages according to the agreed site structure. Next step was website layout with optimization for mobile devices, implementation of animations and other visual effects, SEO settings, admin panel development on WordPress. And other important service was to assist us with the content preparation.
